Today’s recruitment market is hugely competitive so your standout CV has to let your personality shine out. We believe it is essential to get to know you, to tease out your best bits and hone in on your achievements and USPs. We do this through a one-to-one interview ideally face-to-face or via Skype.
What is the process?
We have a five-stage approach:
- We’ll have an initial phone chat to assess your needs.
- Next we clarify your goals by reviewing target job descriptions or roles of interest.
- We dig deeper with a one-to-one interview.
- We’ll build your talent bank and identify your USPs.
- Now we finalise your CV, from first draft to final version.
Where do we meet for our interview?
myCVmentor is based in Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire. We’ll happily travel up to one hour to meet with you, in person, otherwise we’ll fix a convenient time to talk on Skype.
If you have a pre-existing CV (no matter how out-of-date) we’ll ask you to share it with us in advance, with details of any particular role or jobs you are interested in.
Please allow one hour for our one-to-one briefing interview; this will be longer for more experienced candidates.
How long will it take myCVmentor to finish my CV?
We will deliver your first draft within five working days. Should you need your CV earlier then an Express Service is available on request.
What are your prices?
All our prices are on our Services page. They range from £185 for graduates/job starters to £750 plus for senior executives.
Can you help with my LinkedIn profile or covering letter?
Yes of course. These are an additional cost from £50.
How do we pay you?
Once you are happy with your final draft CV we ask for payment by bank transfer.
Can I see examples of CVs for previous clients?
Our clients’ privacy is important to us so we do not share other CVs. However check out our testimonials page to read about some of our very happy clients.
